Sales Champion

We are seeking a competitive, fun, motivated, and talented sales representative to assist with new business development.  The ideal Sales Champion must be able to demonstrate excellent selling and communication skills in a fast-paced Information Technology business environment.  A combination of quality account development, B2B cold calling, fearlessness, humor and sales skills are required for this position.  Candidates must be capable of identifying and reaching out to key decision makers in small to mid-size companies to present a clear message about the business results and value that Spade Technology provide our clients.  We will train candidates to understand the message and our effective sales process.  We are looking for a champion who is accustomed to high activity.


Duties will include:

  • Cold calling prospects to identify decision makers and qualify leads.
  • Generate and confirm appointments.
  • Attend prospect meetings scheduled by Inside Sales Rep.
  • Actively introduce our solutions to small and midsized companies.
  • Full cycle sales; prospect to close.


  • Fearlessness and the ability to make cold calls and earn apartments.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Teachable, not an excuse maker.  Must be accountable.
  • Prior solution sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to demonstrate patience, tact and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers.
  • The ability to communicate with C-Level Executives.
  • Prior experience with selling professional services is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology.
